Two Ships Passing Before Nap Time

Macaroni has largely been ignorning Rosalie (especially when she is crying loudly), but today I think we took initial steps towards a breakthrough. After lunch, I broke out the Gymini (thanks Bronwyn and Luigi!) now that Rosie is having longer stretches of quiet alert time. As soon Rosalie was finished, little Miss Macaroni made herself comfortable in the same spot. Perhaps one day soon we can have a summit with the two of them and find some common ground.

Strollers, not just for babies anymore

Just 'Cause

At what point does it become obnoxious to post pics just becuase I think Rosalie looks cute in them?

Cousins Brunches

Rosie meets Stanley & Marion (left), her Leff cousins from Sacramento.

Rosie meets Jerry & Maria (left) and Craig & Molly (right), her Lazari cousins from the Bay Area.
Thanks to both sets of cousins for showering Rosalie with food, presents and love (in that order:)!

Tot Shabbat

Rosalie had her first shabbat dinner this past Friday night. Other than downing more than her fair share of red wine, she did great. Kidding, nothing but milk for this little girl!

She did however get a huge kick out of Grandpa Jon's artful reading of "Let's Nosh".   For all you Rosie junkies, here's a link to some additional photos from the evening.

Big thanks to Dawn D. for this book and the several others she sent along.
