Stephen's 70th Birthday: Part II

After our fantastic July trip to Block Island, RI, Stephen returned to New York for Part II of his 70th b-day extravaganza---this time to celebrate his actual birthday on August 5th.

Birthday celebrants included the following: Jon, Marcee & Rosalie; Matt & Peter; Howard & Susan; Nanny & Bob Swain and of course Ned who planned most of the activities.

Highlights of the weekend included birthday dinner at Wallse (an Austrian restaurant in the West Village), Howard's 70th birthday DVD with pics from my dad's youth (see pics below), brunch at Walkers with Nanny & Bob and a trip to the outdoor sculpture museum the Storm King Art Center.

Rosie's Purses

Rosie has a new fetish for purses. In fact, on Friday she stole Marcee's wallet from her purse. Marcee didn't discover this unfortunately until she went to pay for their lunch. "Oh no!" said Rosalie.
