We had an absolutely fabulous time in Houston and Austin over passover. This picture of our brisket and ribs pretty much sums up the food fest that was our time in Austin. Franklin barbecue was well worth the 90 minute wait for our food. However you can click HERE to see some additional pictures of our time in Houston courtesy of Grandma Judy. Speaking of, HUGE thanks to Judy, Jon and Amy for taking such great care of Rosie and allowing Marcee & I to spend a few days by ourselves in Austin. Rosie had a great time and we hope you did as well.
