We had an overly dramatic road to pre-K this summer. Due to our move from Ft Greene to Park Slope, we had to make the hard decision to not send Rosie back to the preschool that we all loved from last year and we had to scramble to find a school closer to our house that had an open seat for her. We didn't get a spot in the place where we are sending her until 5 days ago. I've been nervous about how Rosie would do given all the changes and uncertainty, but true to her zen-master style, she was nothing but excited on her first day. In fact, the only time she got upset was when she had to come home!
