Halloween was a family affair this year, with Peacock Rosie and Captain Barnacles Sam joined by Octonaut sidekicks Peso Daddy & Kwazi Mommy, witch Grandma, Olaf Papa, and Paris Ahme. Park Slope trick or treating and parade didn't disappoint. Both kids seem to have forgotten about their candy, but are already planning their costumes for next year!
